Rainbeau Jo’s Branding

This project is focused on the branding I did for Rainbeau Jo’s Coffee here on Kauai. The company is an established coffee/breakfast food truck that is opening a physical location. For this project I needed to tie in existing branding that is currently in use, while expanding upon and executing design ideas supplied by owners of the business.

Primarily focused on Gif design to be used across social media platforms, a lot of the work I did was custom hand drawn animations. In order to successfully do this I took the existing branding and set up a basic brand style guide so that we could get everything properly branded out and up to par, while giving us a guide while creating new materials. This included company imagery, color palette, and font selections to ensure that whoever is creating for the company, they will be able to develop on brand materials effectively.

In addition to the animation we also developed hard goods (Retail items such as mugs, bamboo straws, stickers, custom drink ware, shirts, hats etc.) that required me to set up artwork to specific dimensions and resolutions depending on producer. I worked in a screen print shop for 6 years and am very familiar with specific digital/print output and setup.
